Forever Chic Jewellery offers a 12 month limited jewellery warranty. Further information can be obtained at anytime by contacting us by the following methods:
12 month limited jewellery warranty –
All Forever Chic jewellery orders come with an exclusive 12 month limited warranty of quality and workmanship from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of your piece of jewellery, eg. a tiny stone falls out of your setting, we will repair your purchase, at our discretion. To make a claim under this warranty, simply contact us by email with the exact details of what has occurred to the item you have purchased and the relevant Forever Chic Jewellery payment receipt. You will need to include high quality images and/or video showing clearly the issue.
Where the jewellery requires repair because it is of unacceptable quality or because of major failure on our part, then you’ll simply need to return the piece of jewellery to us by tracked (with signature required) post (with tracking number provided to us) upon posting. We will then repair your item and return it to you.
Damage resulting from the mistreatment of jewellery is not covered by this warranty and we encourage you to learn about proper jewellery care of precious fine jewellery. You can contact us for further information about this.
Nothing in the above warranty is intended to exclude or restrict the application of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and the Australian Consumer Law, including any warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded.
